How do I get rid of the black bars at the sides of my Youtube video?

I don't mind the bars on the top and bottom but I used to get a full screen in that little window before, my videos used to play normal but now I've got black bars on both sides of my video ...can someone help??

It seems your video was either





A) Your Movie Makeing program exported it that way


B) Youtube didn't compress the video correctly, in that case try converting your video to a new format,
How do I get rid of the black bars at the sides of my Youtube video?
Have a play around and choose different screen options, 4.3,16.9, or even auto if you have the option.





The black bars on the top and bottom are beacuse the clip is in widescreen, i would choose 4.3 aspect ratio when converting them and this may fill your screen and remove the bars
