Do you think eBay's new feedback policy is unfair to sellers?

These are the new changes:

1. Beginning in February 2008, we enabled buyers and sellers to earn up to one Feedback per week from the same trading partner. In May we will provide credit for similar repeat transactions going back to when the system was introduced in 1996. This change will encourage repeat transactions and reward good service.

2. In May, sellers will no longer be able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers.

3. Removal of negative and neutral Feedback left by members who are suspended or who fail to respond to the Unpaid Item (UPI) Process.

4. Positive Feedback percentage will be based on the past 12 months of Feedback, rather than lifetime, since it is most indicative of the seller's recent performance.

5. Restrictions on when Feedback can be left:

* Buyers must wait seven days before leaving negative or neutral Feedback for active PowerSellers who have been registered for at least 12 months.

Removal of Mutual Feedback Withdrawal.

I am a seller, and I've been all through this drama for months now and I am so over it! It is just the way it is. If you want to play in ebay's sandbox you will have to follow their rules.

If you want to find a lot of people who will commiserate and complain with you go to seller central on ebay.

I do somewhat believe it is unfair to sellers especially:

sellers will no longer be able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers

This inst great as buyers will be able to give a seller a lot of grief and get away with it easier.
Reply:yes!! I was pissed because I had a person use buy it now on my item 1 hour before the auction ended when I had 10 people watching the auction and then they never paid me or responded to contact attempts...and I can't leave them negative feedback?!?
