How do I permenently delete contacts from msn?

i know how to right click on their name and click delete then a box will appear and i click the box next to 'block' and 'delete'





but i can always get them back by going into tools %26gt; options %26gt; privacy %26gt; then on the block list i can just re-add them...





is there a way to delete them so its as if they never existed on my msn? so i cant add them again unless i type in their email adress to add them
