Im not sure how he made it but you can go to google and look up myspace layout stealer and once you find one it will get you a code for that layout and then you can use it as yours.

A lot of complicated CSS codes and custom graphics.

well i didnt make it... my friend made it for me.. but its really awesome and idk how he made it... i should just ask him. hahha
