It happens on any website..
For example.. I%26#039;m on myspace.. opening a new window.. instead i get a billion new windows opening one after another.
Internet Explorer 7.. New Windows keep opening up?
...when opening internet explorer make sure the %26quot;enter%26quot; key on the keyboard is not stuck... it happened to me one time.. i thought it was a virus or something
