Internet connection problems?
Check Internet Options in your browser, some Internet add ons might be disabled or Internet security protection level is on high level, lower it to medium high, try to delete also temporary Internet files, history, cookies. If the problem does%26#039;nt fix it then click on advanced on Internet Options and click reset.
Internet connection problems?
Nothing else is pretty vague....... If its her browser and browser related software then she due a reload of the browser software. If on the other hand, if the nothing else is non-browser software then, the system32 or system folders most likely have errors in them. If the nothing else is both browser and non browser software, then the problems probably expend far deeper than the system32 or system folders alone, probably into the registry itself.

If however, the nothing else is neither browser based, nor non browser software then its probably a developing hardware problem.

Hope that helps .... if nothing else does...
Reply:You can check to see if someone%26#039;s internet connection is running correctly even if there is an issue with the web browser if you do not have a messenger by going to %26gt;Start %26gt;Run and type in %26gt;cmd and then type in ping www.yahoo.com and if you do not get time outs then you are able to get out to the internet.

There could be settings in Internet Explorer causing you not to surf the internet. In the internet explorer box go to %26gt;Tools %26gt;Internet Options %26gt;Connections and then choose your internet connection then select %26gt;Settings and then make sure the options %26gt;Automatically Detect Settings is checkmarked and that there are is nothing in the proxy settings box. After that click OK and then click on LAN SETTINGS then select %26gt;Automatically Detect Settings and make sure the proxy settings box is not checkmarked. Click OK then OK again to close out those boxes.

You can also try restarting your computer to see if that helps. If you use dialup then you want to make sure that the Automatically Detect Settings boxes are NOT checkmarked.
Reply:Repair your internet connection. Go to %26quot;My Network Places%26quot;. Then go to %26quot;View Network Connection%26quot;. Then click %26quot;Repair this connection%26quot;. Then wait until microsoft finish repairing your connection.
