Sorry. The Only Way To make an %26#039;E%26#039; is adding 2 extra lines to each of the letters.


You could make an %26#039;e%26#039; by adding only one extra line, but there is no way of making it in 2 lines.


Depending on the word, you could substitute an e for something else and write the word phonetically.
